Cornitos recipe – Grilled hummus wrap

Amidst the lock-down, quarantine is the idle time to explore the chef in you and try out some delectable easy to make recipes to enjoy with your family.Going the Lebanese way, Cornitos brings to you the recipe of the Classic Hummus Wrap.


  • Cornitos - Grilled Hummus Wrap6pcs 270gm – Cornitos Tortilla wrap
  • 50gm – Zucchini – end removed and diced
  • 502gm – Handful of cherry tomato
  • 6tbsp – Hummus
  • 6tbsp – Olive oil
  • 50gm – Boiled peas, corn, diced carrot each
  • 50gm – Shredded Cabbage
  • 50gm – Romaine Lettuce
  • Salt & pepper as per taste


Heat a skillet to medium heat

Place the diced zucchini on to the skillet toast in olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper & set aside

Place the tortilla on a non-stick pan and cook it for 10 second on both side

Assemble the cornitos tortilla wrap spread hummus, grilled zucchini & vegetables in extreme corner

Roll it, toast it, & eat it.
