Gear up to indulge in some amazing gastronomical delights at Sahara Star’s much-awaited “Indian Street Food Festival. This festival will provide the perfect platform for Mumbaikars to gorge on some of the best street food from India without leaving their city. This ten-day long gastronomical journey, starting December 3rd, will be hosted at the Earthplate restaurant ensuring all safety measures and social distancing norms are in place.
The culinary experts have put together a nostalgic menu as part of the special buffet. From the bustling streets of Old Delhi to the by lanes of Amritsar, the Khau Galli of Mumbai, and the scintillating tastes of east India this festival brings to you the most favorite street food from all over the country.
The festival will display a plethora of traditional street food dishes like Kathi roll, Papdi Chaat, momos for appetizers and the mains will consist of classics such as Amritsari Chhole Bature, Nashik Cha Misal Pav, Galouti Kebab with Ulte Tave Ka Paratha, Hyderabadi biryani with mirch baingan ka salan. The meal is incomplete without dessert so dig into scrumptious Saffron ghevar with malai rabadi, Rajbhog, and Kulfi with falooda.
To display the spirit and taste of India, the hotel will host the festival by recreating a local ambiance and a vivid taste of every cuisine.
