Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, one of India’s leading private life insurer has today launched a first-of-its-kind, Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled Chat Bot and Live Chat integrated WhatsApp Service to provide faster and hassle free services for its customers. This service will support customers to avail various servicing options listed on the company’s ‘Life Assist’ application and get their queries addressed on WhatsApp chats quickly and on real-time basis. In case the query raised by the customer isn’t identified by the Bot, it’ll be redirected to the customer servicing team for Live Chat assistance.

A host of more than 20 services are included in the WhatsApp service, where one can access policy details, premium paid certificates, premium receipts, tracking fund value, and perform many more such actions. This has enabled the company to have a verified business account on the globally popular messaging platform. With the “Use It Yourself” feature customers can contact the company and provide consent to receive messages on WhatsApp. The high levels of encryption on the messaging platform will ensure information received and shared with the customer remains confidential.
