Two days conference to promote vegetarian food in National Capital concluded

Two-days Antarrashtriya Nashamukt Shakahari Samagam: biggest conference to promote vegetarian food concluded with powerful discussions. The two days conference organized by Babji Jai Gurudev Sangat Delhi Pradesh at Ramlila Ground started on October 19 with an objective to inspire the society to adopt vegetarian food and create a drug-free society. Showcasing 250 dishes made with gram flour was the highlight of event appreciated by Golden Book of world record.

The event was attended by many political faces, dignitaries and thousands of people from Delhi NCR and other parts of country. Shri Sanjay Singh, National spokesperson and current Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament from the Aam Aadmi Party; Shri Mohan Yadav MLA Ujjain South, Shri Daddan Mishra Former Member of the India Parliament; Shri Paltu Ram MLA Balampur Sadar; Shri Manish Vishnoi, Asia Head Golden Books of world record; Shri Teju Lal Chaudhary, MP Nepal; Smt. Ganga Chaudhary MP Nepal and many more were present during the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion Umakant ji Maharaj said, “Adopting a vegetarian diet can be the perfect way to stay healthy and happy as it is a complete diet, which contains all the essential nutrients required by a human body.”

Umakant Ji Maharaj also requested Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to speak on vegetarian diet.

Deligates at SamagamShri Sanjay Singh, Member of Parliament from AAP said, “We are grateful to get a chance of listening Umakant Ji Maharaj. We should follow vegetarian diet as it is beneficial for our health.”

Shri Daddan Mishra also expressed his happiness by adding, “A vegetarian diet has been found to reduce the risk of many diseases including heart disease, obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes and many more so we all should adopt this diet chart.”

Shri Manish Vishnoi, Asia Head Golden Books of world record said, “World Vegetarian Day is observed annually around the planet on October 1. In India we all should celebrate this day as to motivate maximum people to follow vegetarian diet.”

Showcasing of 250 dishes prepared from Besan was the highlight of the event. These dishes include Besan meetha bite, Besan bharwa idli, navratan besan parantha, 28 types of pakodas (Alu, Paneer, Bread, Baby corn, arbi, roti, naspati etc), Sev kadi, besan kadi, kofta, bundi, ratlami sev, burfi and many more such mouth watering dishes.
