Miss Earth India 2016 Gears up for the final elimination round

The winner of the pageant will be representing India at Miss Earth, one of the three largest beauty pageants in the world

Delhi, the capital city will soon be playing host to Miss Earth India pageant 2016, a beauty pageant with a cause and responsibility, driven by an ultimate aim to enhance awareness and sustainable development on the environmental crisis and challenges we are facing. The event which initially began a couple of month back, with the shortlisting of candidates from various towns and cities, is now all set to reach its elimination round on 2nd July in Delhi.

The national pageant of Miss Earth for India is being conducted by Growbiz Consult Pte. Ltd. The event is being managed by Prospurs India. The other partners for the elimination event are Munish Khanna-Fashion Photographer, Kanikka Tandon – Make-up Artist, Gautam Gupta- Ethnic Designer, Mine of Design- Accessory Designer, Manish Dev – Fashion Choreographer and Dr. Varun Katyal- Diet & Nutrition Partner, Kairali – Rejuvenating Partner, Sanjeev Datta Personality School – Personality Grooming Partner and Venue Partner – Ramada Gurgaon Central.

The pageant will showcase the country’s twin humanitarian national campaigns – Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and Green India, nurturing the candidates as a part of global eco-movements. The highly anticipated event kick-starts with an NGO activity in association with Navjyoti Foundation in which the contestants will be planting trees on the occasion of Van Mahotsava on 1st July, following the elimination round on 2nd July on the basis of what activities they have done so far which helped in development of their personality and vision.

The official photo-shoot for the Top 25 finalists is scheduled for 11th July, 2016. The finale is scheduled for September.

Miss Earth India pageant will witness its finale on September. The winner will be representing India at Miss Earth an annual international environmental-themed beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness which is scheduled for October 2016.
