Every year March 8 marks International Women’s Day, to celebrate and appreciate women world over. Entrepreneurs, homemakers, scientists, actors and alike, all are applauded in a positive stride. People around the globe wish for more power to women. But still, there is one 
segment women that we somehow, end up overlooking – the women whom we employ at our homes – our domestic help.
