Fortis Hospital, Rajajinagar has taken up the initiative to conduct basic COVID-19 screening for police & traffic police officers. The screening comprises of temperature check, BP, and RBS that would help identify the initial signs of COVID-19 among the Police officers as they are at a high risk of transmission of this virus.
The week-long screening is being conducted at 7check post areas: Kurubarahalli, FTI Circle (Nandini layout), Mysore Sandal shop factory junction (Orion Mall circle), Navarang Circle, Gorgunte Palya, Rajajinagar Entrance (Sujatha), and Dobhi Gatt (Warrior bakery check post). The initiative is aimed at ensuring the safety of the police forces who are one of the front liners in safeguarding public health and welfare in the time of the Corona pandemic.
