The taste of Punjabi cuisine at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel

The festival began from the 13th and went on until the 15thJanuary. Guests witnessed the culinary expertise of the Executive Sous chef Balvinder Pal Singh Lubana.

The 3-day food festival bought together the best food from the land of 5 rivers, set against the ambience of a tradition Punjabi Lohri.  The first day of the festival witnessed a grand buffet brunch with scrumptious delicacies along with music to create a festive ambience.

The hotel also organized a Lohri party at Sky Bar on 14th January, where people danced the night away to thumping dance numbers, with DJ Zuby.

“Punjabi food has universal appeal with its intense flavours and generous portions. Lohri seems a perfect day to celebrate Punjabi cuisine and we are delighted to bring this extravaganza to Renaissance patrons. On 15th January, the hotel organised a Punjabi barbecue night at Sky Bar with a choice of tandoori dishes, both veg and non-veg. There was a delectable three-course meal curated for the evening.
