HDFC Red brings nostalgia and excitement back to the fore as it organizes a unique Instagram photography contest called #LanesByLens

HDFC Red, a digital marketplace for home buying, has launched a unique Instagram campaign called #LanesByLens. With its campaign, the company plans to revive the love for the lost lanes in Mumbai through the eyes of those who cherish them the most, its residents. HDFC RED aims to highlight the essence of the city and people’s affinity towards their locality.

A unique initiative by HDFC RED - InstaWalk in Mumbai 1Starting from Saturday, December 10, 2016 the campaign will be kick-started with an Instagram Photowalk where hundreds of Instagram enthusiasts are invited to walk through the lanes of Mumbai and click pictures of symbolic landmarks that give these lanes their unique identity. The Instagram contest will be ongoing till December 14, 2016.  #LanesByLens is a great chance for those who love their locality to capture that ‘something special’ which they have always felt exists in the lanes. The pictures that are collected through the competition will be featured on HDFC RED’s Instagram page.

To participate in the Instagram Photowalk, enthusiasts must register on with active/valid Instagram handles. Participants then need to follow @hdfcredindia, click a Mumbai lane with a landmark in the photo, upload and tag @hdfcredindia, use the #lanesbylens and add the location.  The best and most popular pictures will stand a chance to win exciting prizes.

The Photowalk has already received more than 200+ registrations and still counting.
