The prices of these collectibles started from around INR 70,000 to INR 5, 00,000.

Speaking about the auction co-founder of the KAS, Digvijay Sinh Kathiwada commented, “The main objective behind this auction is to establish KAS as a renowned name in the auctioneering space starting with sports memorabilia. By putting a market value to goods used by our sporting heroes, not only do we attribute value to the legacy of the sportsperson which is often short lived but we also learn to appreciate the sports as a form of culture in our society which then transcends to the next generation and beyond.”

The auction also constituted a charity component whereby some proceeds as realised by KAS will be fed to the starter program of Kathiwada Foundation that supports sports infrastructure building in Kathiwada, Madhya Pradesh.

This event was held on the 7th of December at the CK Nayudu Hall, CCI, Mumbai.
