The second edition of the CREDAI Realty Expo 2019 was inaugurated today by Shri M Goutham Kumar, Mayor, BBMP and Shri Ram Mohan Raju C R, Deputy Mayor, BBMP at Radisson Blu, Marathahalli. “Green Zone” – an initiative from CREDAI Bengaluru to promote sustainable development and green atmosphere attracted the home buyers and educated them on the importance of saving the environment and contributing towards the same. With the growing demand for the projects in Bengaluru the expo witnessed potential home buyers enquiring about different segment houses.

34 developers from across the city, six financial institutions participated in this edition of the expo. The expo will continue till tomorrow 7.00 PM.
Commenting on the expo, Mr. Kishore Jain, President, CREDAI Bengaluru said “The Bengaluru real estate market is stable which is helping in increasing the demand. Developers are offering projects at competitive prices. The festive season has also helped in increasing the sales of residential projects. Compared to other metro markets, Bangalore is in the leading position in terms of residential sales. With the demand and supply going hand in hand, the Bangalore market will grow further in the near future”.
Highlighting the benefits of the expo, Mr. Errol Fernandes, Secretary, CREDAI Bengaluru said “Our expo will help the home buyers to reach out to all the developers and financial institutions under one roof by benefiting them to get information on different projects. CREDAI expo offers homes ranging from affordable, luxury to uber-luxury. Our developers also provide the options of buying plots in this expo. We are happy to help the potential home buyers to make the decision of buying their dream home”.
Speaking on the green zone initiative in the expo, Mr. Syed Faisal Rizvi, Chairman, CREDAI Bengaluru Expo Committee said “Sustainable construction is the need of the hour today. As a responsible organization we want to promote sustainability and this can be achieved by bringing awareness among each and every individual. Therefore, in the expo we decided to educate the visitors on waste management and traffic management”.
CREDAI Bengaluru has associated with Hasirudala Innovations to create awareness on Waste Management and Quick Ride to educate people on Traffic Management.
