India’s largest luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz today strengthened its position in the luxury performance segment by adding two new models to its coveted high-performance AMG line-up. The Born Bold – AMG C 63 Coupé and by the racers for the racers – AMG GT R Coupé are the latest additions to the Mercedes-AMG portfolio in India. Martin Schwenk, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India digitally launched the Mercedes-AMG C 63 Coupé and AMG GT R Coupé at the company’s Centre of Excellence in Chakan, Pune.
Speaking on the occasion, Martin Schwenk, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India commented, “With a strong market presence, supported by a wide portfolio of performance cars and a dedicated retail network, our AMG strategy has helped us in cementing our market leadership in the luxury performance car segment.
