With every booking on their shops, commercial offices, showrooms, or Hotel Suites at Urban Square, Udaipur, they are offering assured Gold Coin. They have also come out with a special flexible payment plan with easy interest-free 12 EMIs options on the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya thus making it a very lucrative offer for its customers. The booking amount is mere Rs 1 lakh and the offer is valid on bookings made till April 30, 2020.
The offer says that investment starts from Rs 20 Lakhs. There is also an 8% assured rental on showrooms and hotel suites.
