Fruit Cocktail Parfait
Ingredients
- 3 cup Low-fat granola or other dry cereal
- 3 cups non-fat or low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 (30-oz.) can Del Monte Fruit Cocktail, drained
Method
- Spoon alternating layers of granola, yogurt and fruit in 6 tall glasses or parfait dishes
Fruit Cocktail Pops
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 can fruit fiesta
Method
- Beat the yogurt with maple syrup until smooth
- Layer in popsicle molds with fruit fiesta
- Freeze until solid
