Hyderabad has seen rapid urbanization with Hyderabad Metropolitan Region offering the best quality of living among cities in India and is a leader in Human Development Index. This city is a preferred destination for most of the IT & ITES organizations, Gaming and Animation industry besides the health care sector. Government of Telangana has been pivotal in attracting the investors and promoting & elevating “Brand Hyderabad” by hosting the biggest “GES Summit”& WCIT ( World Congress IT) & NASSCOM India Leadership Forum to make the city feature on the Global map as a prospective hub fostering and providing conducive ecosystem. The success of the implementation of innovative schemes like TS-iPass is palpable with Telangana state being ranked as the No. 1 state in the yearly state-wise ranking on assessment of implementation of the ‘Business Reforms Action Plan’ (BRAP) in 2017 or the ease of doing business. According to CBRE estimates, the city’s overall commercial stock is about 56 million sq. ft as of 2017 with leasing of over 6.8 million Sqft of commercial space in 2017, organized retail space of 2.9 million sqft with over 3.7 million Sqft to be released in next few years. Ample social infrastructure and organized retail has supported Hyderabad’s emergence as an attractive residential destination. The city, backed by stable political environment, conducive and facilitative business environment, growing occupier demand, improving infrastructure, relatively low rentals and the availability of large skill pool, is on a cusp of rapid growth. For the benefit of the end users the property prices are the lowest when compared to cities with comparable development and infrastructure. The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show is being aptly scheduled from 2nd to 4th March 2018 to help the buyers find the best projects in the city under one roof.
Adding to this Mr. P Rama Krishna Rao, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, said, “The year 2017 was a major disruption for the real estate sector. The industry witnessed the impact of demonization and the implementation of GST & RERA. Over the past few months we have adopted our business plans in line with these great reforms, driving the country towards a more conducive and transparent business environment. Hyderabad is getting a global prominence as a site for largest business establishments for MNC’s and a vibrant and rapidly growing local entrepreneurship ecosystem driving the growth and job creation in the city. We are hopeful that the city is likely to witness a significant demand for housing in the coming few years. Against this backdrop, we are planning the 6th Edition of the most credible – CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show between 2nd to 4th March 2018, which will be a golden opportunity for the customers to make the most of the present low property prices at Hyderabad.“
He further added, “In the last few months the raw material suppliers have formed a cartel to rapidly increase the prices of critical raw materials like Steel, Cement etc. The steel prices have shot up from around Rs 38,000-39,000 per tonne to Rs 50,000 per tonne in the last 40-45 days, an increase of about 40%. Similarly cement prices have also increased significantly. Even as there is a spike in cement and steel prices, the realty industry is also facing a shortage of sand. We urge the government to control unprecedented increase in prices of raw materials; else the real estate sector will not be able to absorb the increased cost, resulting in housing becoming more expensive.”
Adding to this Mr. K. Rajeshwar, Treasurer, CREDAI Hyderabad & Convener CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2018 said, “The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show, which is the most credible property show will be held on 2nd to 4th March 2018 at Hitex. This year it will be the biggest ever real estate show with more than 110 stalls with a participation of member developers, Financial Institutions and Suppliers showcasing the best real estate in the city. Hyderabad is traditionally an end-user driven market and is witnessing a steady growth both in terms absorption and value. We hope the visitors find their dream home at the 6th edition of CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2018.”
