Sula Vineyards enters the world of whisky!

Launches the first of its kind grape wine based whisky – Eclipse

Having successfully ventured into premium grape brandies with JANUS and J in 2016 and having won a Bronze medal for JANUS at the renowned ‘International Spirits Challenge 2016’,  Sula Vineyards, India’s leading wine producer,takes a step further into the world of spirits as they launch their first whisky – Eclipse.

Cognac cask aged from the House of Sula, Eclipse embodies the exceptional French spirit making heritage and the expertise of Sula in selecting the best Indian grapes and then of course the best quality Scotch and grain to produce this ground breaking whisky.

Eclipse is made from carefully selected grapes from Sula’s vineyards. The grape spirit is double distilled in small batches using traditional French ‘Limousine Oak Cask’ under the supervision of Sula’s master blender, Yogesh Mathur. Resulting in a produce of a liquor of exceptional smoothness and character of dried fruit, spices and vanilla.

Eclipse comprises of Malt Scotch from Scotland, more precisely from Loch Lomond Distillery 5 year old peated malt spirit also goes in to the blend.

The unique design of the tamper proof Fabrizio cap, also ensures an excellent and smooth flow of the liquid from the bottle, tilted in any direction and guarantees the impeccable quality of our product.

Eclipse is available in 750 ml bottles. It is priced at INR 1395 in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, INR 1250 in Delhi and INR 790 in Pondicherry. In Goa, Daman and Silvassa, Eclipse retails at INR 750 and is available across leading outlets. It is manufactured by Artisan Spirits, 100% subsidiary of Sula Vineyards.
