PAYBACK, India’s largest multi-brand loyalty program, was felicitated with multiple awards at the prestigious ‘Customer Loyalty Summit’ & the ‘Retail Excellence Awards’ held at the Taj Land’s End, Mumbai.
Like every year, PAYBACK has started 2017 with multiple award wins under its belt in the loyalty space. During the 10th edition of the Customer Loyalty Summit held on 8th February this year, PAYBCK won the awards under ‘Best Use of Partnership in a Loyalty Program’ & ‘Best Use of Customer and Data Analytics in a Loyalty Program’.
PAYBACK was also awarded the ‘Best Customer Loyalty Program’ at the Retail Excellence Awards part of the Asia Africa GCC Retail & Shopping Centre Congress & Awards held on 13th February, 2017.

The company also won ‘The Best Loyalty Team and Best Rewards Program’ at the Summit as well. The company also won the ‘Best Customer Loyalty Program’ and ‘Best Technology Initiative/Implementation’ at Asia Retail Congress.
Moreover, PAYBACK has also received the ‘Best Loyalty Program’ award for innovative marketing strategies at the CMO Asia National Award for Marketing Excellence 2015 and the Gold at the India Digital Awards 2015 under best-prepaid product (loyalty card) category from the IAMAI (Internet and Mobile Association of India).
