TUV Rheinland India to provide Market Access Services to the Middle East for toys and electrical products

TÃœV Rheinland India, a subsidiary of TÃœV Rheinland Group, Germany, a worldwide leader in Testing, Training, Inspection, Consulting & Certification, has announced that it would provide Market Access Services to the Middle East, primarily for manufacturers and exporters of toys and electrical products in India. TUV Rheinland has been officially appointed as a Notified Body by the Standardisation Organization for the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GSO).

TÜV Rheinland is one of the first organizations to be registered as Notified Body under the Gulf Technical Regulations for both Toys and Electrical products and will now be able to provide the necessary evaluation and approval services to allow for the regulatory Gulf conformity marking (“G-mark”) for products sold in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as Yemen.
