- Celebrating the spirit of Fire fighters bravery from 14th-20th April, 2016
Every Year 14th April is observed as the National Fire Service Day in India to pay homage to those brave Fire Fighters, who sacrificed their lives in line to their duty on 14th April, 1944. During this day/week, industries conduct various training, drills and rehearsals to demonstrate the preparedness to combat emergencies. Inspired by this practice, DLF Place, Saket has organised one of its kind-Fire Safety Awareness Exhibition from 14th-20th April for its patrons.
The week will commence with a fire safety awareness parade and fire safety awareness exhibition with the initiative to educate and prepare people for any kind of fire hazards. A live demonstration by the fire specialist ‘Bronto’, one of its kind fire fighting truck; will be conducted to demonstrate the fire fighting measures that DLF Place, Saket has adopted to insure the safety of its customers as well to spread awareness about the fire fighting procedure during a fire emergency.
Apart from this, the fire service week will include fire and safety drills, numerous fun activities and interesting quiz competitions with the retailers and the winners of the competition will be awarded at the end of the week.
