CREDAI, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India, country\u2019s apex body of private real estate developers, has announced the 6th Edition of the Hyderabad Property Show 2018 at\u00a0Hitex\u00a0Exhibition Center, Madhapur.\u00a0CREDAI\u00a0senior leadership team\u00a0including\u00a0Sri S. Ram Reddy, President, CREDAI\u00a0Hyderabad, Sri. P Ramakrishna Rao, General Secretary\u00a0<\/strong>CREDAI<\/strong>\u00a0Hyderabad, Vice Presidents Sri Aditya\u00a0<\/strong>Gowra<\/strong>, Sri G. Anand Reddy, Dr. M.S. Anand Rao, Sri. D.\u00a0<\/strong>Muralikrishna<\/strong>\u00a0Reddy, Treasurer Sri K.\u00a0<\/strong>Rajeshwar<\/strong>, and the Joint Secretaries Sri V.\u00a0<\/strong>Rajashekar<\/strong>\u00a0Reddy, Sri C G\u00a0<\/strong>Murali<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Mohan<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>along with Executive committee members and\u00a0many of\u00a0developers, stakeholders and industry members graced the occasion.<\/p>\n

The 3-day property show\u00a0from March 2nd to March 04th, 2018<\/span><\/strong>will be bringing together 120 developers from across the city. This is the Biggest ever property show by\u00a0CREDAI,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>displaying the largest number of properties under one roof. Hyderabad Property Show will bring together realtors, building material manufacturers, consultants and financial institutions from across the city to show the advances in the real estate sector under a single umbrella. The event will showcase over 15,000 projects including integrated townships, apartment complexes, gated communities, villas, green buildings with a special impetus on retail and commercial complexes. The exhibition will showcase properties suiting every need and budget by the developers providing consumers a chance to get the best options for home solutions in the twin cities. The Property show will show diverse offerings from value to luxury and will also introduce exciting offers from developers. More than 50,000 visitors are expected to visit The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show this year.<\/p>\n

\"CREDAISpeaking on the occasion\u00a0Mr. S. Ram Reddy President,\u00a0CREDAI\u00a0Hyderabad<\/strong>\u00a0said, \u201cCREDAI Hyderabad is looking forward for the great year for the real estate sector in Hyderabad. Hyderabad\u00a0has seen\u00a0rapid urbanization with Hyderabad Metropolitan Region offering the best quality of living among cities in India and is a leader in Human Development Index. This city is a preferred destination for most of the IT &\u00a0ITES\u00a0organizations, Gaming and Animation industry besides the health care sector. Government of\u00a0Telangana\u00a0has been pivotal in attracting the investors and promoting & elevating \u201cBrand Hyderabad\u201d<\/strong> by hosting the biggest\u00a0\u201cGES Summit\u201d& WCIT ( World Congress IT) &\u00a0NASSCOM\u00a0India Leadership Forum\u00a0<\/strong>to\u00a0make the city\u00a0feature on the Global map as a prospective hub fostering and providing conducive ecosystem. The success of the implementation\u00a0of innovative\u00a0schemes like\u00a0TS-iPass<\/strong>\u00a0is palpable with\u00a0Telangana\u00a0state being ranked as the\u00a0No. 1 state<\/strong>\u00a0in the yearly state-wise ranking on assessment of implementation of the\u00a0\u2018Business Reforms Action Plan\u2019 (BRAP)<\/strong>\u00a0in 2017 or the ease of doing business. According to\u00a0CBRE\u00a0estimates, the city\u2019s overall commercial stock\u00a0is\u00a0about\u00a056 million sq. ft as of 2017<\/strong> with leasing of\u00a0over 6.8 million\u00a0Sqft<\/strong>\u00a0of commercial space<\/strong> in 2017, organized retail space of\u00a02.9 million\u00a0sqft\u00a0with over 3.7 million\u00a0Sqft\u00a0to\u00a0be released in next few\u00a0years. Ample social infrastructure and organized retail has supported Hyderabad\u2019s emergence as an attractive residential destination. The city, backed by stable political environment, conducive and\u00a0facilitative\u00a0business environment, growing occupier demand, improving infrastructure, relatively low\u00a0rentals and\u00a0the availability of\u00a0large skill pool, is on a cusp of rapid growth. Adding to this Mr. P Rama Krishna Rao, General Secretary,\u00a0CREDAI\u00a0Hyderabad,<\/strong>\u00a0said, \u201cThe year 2017 was a major disruption for the real estate sector. The industry\u00a0witnessed\u00a0the impact of\u00a0demonization\u00a0and\u00a0the implementation of\u00a0GST\u00a0&\u00a0RERA. Over the past few months we have adopted our business plans in line with these great reforms, driving the country towards a more conducive and transparent business environment. Hyderabad is getting a global prominence as a site for largest business establishments for MNC\u2019s and a vibrant and rapidly growing local entrepreneurship ecosystem driving the growth and job creation in the city. We are hopeful that the city is likely to witness a significant demand for housing in the coming few years. Against this backdrop, we are planning the 6th Edition of the most credible –\u00a0CREDAI\u00a0Hyderabad Property Show\u00a0between 2nd to\u00a04th March 2018, which will be a golden opportunity for the customers to make the most of the present low property prices at Hyderabad.\u201c<\/p>\n

He further added,\u00a0\u201cIn the last few months the raw material suppliers have formed a cartel to rapidly increase the prices of critical raw materials like Steel, Cement etc. The steel prices have shot up from around Rs 38,000-39,000 per tonne to Rs 50,000 per tonne in the last 40-45 days, an increase of\u00a0about\u00a040%. Similarly cement prices have also increased significantly. Even as there is a spike in cement and steel prices, the realty industry is also facing a shortage of sand. We urge the government to control unprecedented increase in prices of raw materials; else the real estate sector\u00a0will not be\u00a0able to absorb the increased cost, resulting in housing becoming more expensive.\u201d<\/p>\n
