This plant will add 1.2 Mln wheels capacity to the already existing 1.8\u00a0Mln wheels capacity for the Truck\/Trailer segment of SSWL. The total capacity of truck\u00a0wheel segment now stands at 3.0 Mln wheels and With this SSWL will be the largest\u00a0Truck Steel Wheels maker in India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8617\" src=\"https:\/\/yourchennai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Steel-Strips-Wheels-Limited-commissions-brand-new-Truck-Steel-Wheels-plant-at-Chennai-2.jpg\" alt=\"Steel Strips Wheels Limited commissions brand new Truck Steel Wheels plant at Chennai 2\" width=\"487\" height=\"130\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yourchennai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Steel-Strips-Wheels-Limited-commissions-brand-new-Truck-Steel-Wheels-plant-at-Chennai-2.jpg 487w, https:\/\/yourchennai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Steel-Strips-Wheels-Limited-commissions-brand-new-Truck-Steel-Wheels-plant-at-Chennai-2-300x80.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 487px) 100vw, 487px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The plant is operating at 90% utilization for the month of February and expected to\u00a0attain 100% utilization from April 2018 onwards with firm order book from domestic and\u00a0export customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The plant is strategically placed to help SSWL service customers in Southern region in\u00a0India and being near to the Sea port will provide leverage for serving export customers\u00a0as well.
