The employees got to experience first hand the drawbacks faced by visually challenged individuals in their day-to-day lives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The employees engaged in various activities like, scouting for objects when blind-folded, using vision stimulated glasses for practical exposure on vision implication and learning Braille under the guidance of a special educator. The purpose of the event was to familiarize people on the basic challenges that accompany a visually challenged person.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participants also pledged to donate their eyes and offered donation to support poor children and adults in need of vision restoration and cataract surgeries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event was accentuated with a presentation on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Miracles Cannot Cure The Blind\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, delivered by Dr. Kaushik Murali, President Medical Administration, Quality &amp; Education, Sankara Eye Foundation India.
