Ltd. (HMSI) today announced that its production operations will resume at all its 4 plants in two phases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">With a 360-degree outlook of balancing the forward and backend linkages across its ecosystem &amp; the evolving market demand, Honda has aligned its production Plans.\u00a0<strong>Production will resume in a phased manner starting 25<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0May 2020 from its biggest plant in Narsapura in Karnataka followed by other three plants from 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0week of June 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12282\" src=\"https:\/\/yourchennai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Honda-Logo-300x167.jpg\" alt=\"Honda Logo\" width=\"300\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yourchennai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Honda-Logo-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/yourchennai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Honda-Logo-768x427.jpg 768w, https:\/\/yourchennai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Honda-Logo-715x400.jpg 715w, https:\/\/yourchennai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Honda-Logo.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>To keep the business continuity in accordance with the guidelines issued by the government, nearly\u00a0<strong>99% of Honda\u2019s 300+ supplier plants<\/strong>\u00a0too have received the necessary approvals to resume their operations. Honda suppliers are now in advance stages of resuming production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Honda is taking a calibrated approach across its entire ecosystem ensuring synergy for stable and efficient operations. On the market demand side, over 60% of Honda dealers have by now resumed their sales &amp; service operations. Initial enquiries, though still subdued compared to the pre-lockdown period, are picking up momentum every day. Hence, strategically aligning supply chain with market demand and available BS-6 inventory across its network, Honda is set to resume production from its 4 factories in a staggered manner from 25<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0May 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Safety Comes First at Honda:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Honda 2Wheelers India has issued comprehensive Operations Resumption manual in addition to the applicable Central &amp; State Government guidelines.
