It\u2019s called beauty sleep for a reason. Now is the time to do this. No excuses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Skin care (General body areas<\/strong>)<strong>:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><u>Exfoliate and replenish<\/u><\/em>.\u00a0(Removes dead skin and improves circulation)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To\u00a0refresh your skin in the morning: O<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">ne cup of coffee powder, \u00bc to \u00bd cup of brown sugar, and a dash of olive or coconut oil. Right before turning off the water in the shower, gently apply this mixture all over your body except your face and rinse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Mix\u00a0gram flour and semolina in a ratio of 2: 1.\u00a0 Mix with bran \/ olive oil \/ rose water. Apply this pack on your entire body before taking a bath and just scrub it all the way before washing it off.<\/li>\n<li>Replenish\u00a0with your favourite body oils. Let the hands and feet soak in more with gloves and socks for a few minutes every day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Face<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stick to your normal dermatologist -prescribed skin routine every day and night religiously and don&#8217;t try too many\u00a0new products!\u00a0Don\u2019t worry if your monthly stock of face products isn\u2019t available\/ you\u2019re running out!\u00a0Try these for around 15 minutes!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Face packs \/ masks (Natural):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix\u00a0two tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt with one tablespoon of raw honey.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Slices\u00a0of cucumber or tea bags over your eyes to reduce puffiness<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mashed\u00a0up avocado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yogurt\u00a0and berries blended together.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cinnamon\u00a0with honey (good for acne, honey should be raw and unfiltered)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">100% colloidal oatmeal mixed with water to form a paste (great for sensitive skin)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Skin\u00a0lightening for dark spots\/ acne scars:\u00a0 Aloin\u00a0present in Aloe Vera gel helps to lighten such spots. You can apply this 2-3 times in a day.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Please<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0do not<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0apply garlic \/ lemon juice \/ turmeric directly to your face.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hair mask<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ground mixture of Fenugreek seeds-(soaked overnight) mixed with coconut oil applied for 1-2 hours acts as a conditioner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rice water hair rinse: Use by Japanese women for ages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inositol found in this water can help strengthen hair if you have hair breakage, weak and thin hair.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><u>Eye-care<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For everyone working from home and spending hours staring at the screen, this comes as an essential part of your regimen.\u00a0Take <strong>Cucumber, tomato and a potato<\/strong> and-<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Wash and grind all three together in a grinder. You can turn it into a cold eye\/ face pack by putting the mixture into an ice tray.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you dab your eye cream on twice daily. This reduces the puffiness and dark circles.<\/li>\n<li>Massage outward gently to increase circulation.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">You can also wear an ice eye mask before you hit your bed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><u>How to stay groomed when all the salons are closed!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><u>If you need to touch up your hair colour:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please don\u2019t try anything strong at home for the first time as the box dyes off the shelves have fewer conditioning agents than the professional ones, hence damaging the hair.\u00a0Try\u00a0<em>Root touch up products<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>They\u2019re very effective and serve the purpose of covering up all your grey\u2019s temporarily and do not damage the\u00a0hair.<\/li>\n<li>Wash lesssince you\u2019re not stepping out into the environmental pollution. This helps retain colour.<\/li>\n<li>Deep conditioningwith hair masks regularly one or twice a week for 20 minutes helps reducing breakage, improve elasticity and prevent colour fade-age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><u>Hair removal?<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since all the salons are shut for waxing and all our clinics are shut for the Laser hair removal procedures &#8211; Stick to shaving \/ trimming\/ epilating \/ hair removal creams\/ wax strips at home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Have none of the above options? Try some of these!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hair removal packs (Natural):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>Body\u00a0areas<\/u>: Boil Lemon + Sugar = Cold wax. Use cloth strips forn-waxing at home. Try this only if you are a regular waxer and a familiar with the method.<\/li>\n<li><u>Upper\u00a0lip<\/u>: Turmeric + Milk (3:1) = A paste \u2013 apply and let dry. Rub gently, wash off with cold water.<\/li>\n<li><u>Facial\u00a0hair<\/u>: Gram Flour + Yoghurt + a pinch of turmeric = A paste (Apply, let dry, rub gently and wash off with cold water)<\/li>\n<li><u>Eyebrows<\/u>: Good old tweezing is still the best in the current situation!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Feet<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now that we don\u2019t have to run around all the time let\u2019s give the feet the respect they deserve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Crush six to eight aspirin and dissolve in lemon juice. Stir in two tablespoons of honey to thicken into a jelly-like substance.
