Roll the balls in shredded coconut. Store in an airtight container.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Cranberry Crumb Bar<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Ingredients<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-IN\"><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Granulated sugar -1 cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Baking powder -1 tsp<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">All-purpose flour &#8211; 3 cups<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Lemon zest &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Salt -1\/4 tsp<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Unsalted butter -1 cup (cut into small cubes )<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Egg -1<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">For the filling<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Granulated sugar &#8211; 1\/2 cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Lemon juice &#8211; 1 tsp<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Cornflour &#8211; 1 and 1\/2 tsp<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Del Monte Cranberries &#8211; 2 cups<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Method<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Grease an 8&#215;8 inch pan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">In a bowl, mix together 1 cup sugar, baking powder and all-purpose flour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Add lemon zest and salt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Add butter and egg and with the help of a pastry cutter or fork, blend it into the flour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">The dough will be crumbly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Pat half of the dough on to the prepared pan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">In another bowl, mix together \u00bd cup sugar, lemon juice and cornflour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Fold in the cranberries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Spread the cranberry mixture on top of the crust evenly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Sprinkle the remaining dough on top of the cranberries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Bake for 45 minutes, till the top is slightly browned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Cool completely.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Cut into squares and serve.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Ingredients<\/span><\/b><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1\u00bd cups all-purpose four<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt 1 cup unsalted butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 cup light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons vanilla essence<\/li>\n<li>3 cup oats 1 cup Del Monte blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Method<\/span><\/b><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\"><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Preheat oven to 350 degrees, adjust the oven racks to the middle position and line baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Whisk the our, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Cream together the butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then mix in the vanilla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Stir in our mixture with a rubber spatula, then stir in the oats and blueberries.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Using 2 heaping tablespoons per cookie, roll the dough into balls and place them onto a cookie sheet, spacing them at least 2 inches apart,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Bake until the cookie edges are just turning golden brown about 20 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Cool the cookies on the baking sheet and then transfer to a wire rack.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Store cookies in an airtight container.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Worried about surroundings or about catching a flu?
