The second edition of the CREDAI Realty Expo 2019 was inaugurated today by Shri M Goutham Kumar, Mayor, BBMP and Shri Ram Mohan Raju C R, Deputy Mayor, BBMP at Radisson Blu, Marathahalli. “Green Zone” \u2013 an initiative from CREDAI Bengaluru to promote sustainable development and green atmosphere attracted the home buyers and educated them on the importance of saving the environment and contributing towards the same. With the growing demand for the projects in Bengaluru the expo witnessed potential home buyers enquiring about different segment houses.<\/p>\n

\"CREDAIMr. K K Malpani, Founder President, CREDAI Bengaluru, Mr. Kishore Jain, President, CREDAI Bengaluru, Mr. Errol Fernandes, Secretary, CREDAI Bengaluru, Mr. Austin Roach, President, CREDAI Karnataka, Mr. Suresh Hari, Chairman, CREDAI Bengaluru, Mr. Bhaskar T Nagendrappa, President \u2013 Elect, CREDAI Bengaluru, Mr. R Krishna, Treasurer, CREDAI Bengaluru, Mr. Syed Faisal Rizvi, Chairman, CREDAI Bengaluru Expo Committee, Mr. Anil Nayak, CEO, CREDAI Karnataka, Mr. Subhash Samant, South Zonal Head, Mortgage, ICICI Bank, Mr. V Sitharam, DGM, SBI Bank, Mr. K P Agarwal, Regional Head, HDFC Bank were present during the inauguration.<\/p>\n

34 developers from across the city, six financial institutions participated in this edition of the expo. The expo will continue till\u00a0tomorrow\u00a07.00 PM.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the expo,\u00a0Mr. Kishore Jain, President, CREDAI Bengaluru<\/strong>\u00a0said \u201cThe Bengaluru real estate market is stable which is helping in increasing the demand. Developers are offering projects at competitive prices. The festive season has also helped in increasing the sales of residential projects. Compared to other metro markets, Bangalore is in the leading position in terms of residential sales. With the demand and supply going hand in hand, the Bangalore market will grow further in the near future\u201d.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the green zone initiative in the expo,\u00a0Mr. Syed Faisal Rizvi, Chairman, CREDAI Bengaluru Expo Committee\u00a0<\/strong>said \u201cSustainable construction is the need of the hour today. As a responsible organization we want to promote sustainability and this can be achieved by bringing awareness among each and every individual. Therefore, in the expo we decided to educate the visitors on waste management and traffic management\u201d.<\/p>\n
