Hosts a coaching clinic session with Mumbai Indian players for budding cricketers

A group of budding cricketers from a Mumbai school were thrilled to share nets with their favourites from the Mumbai Indians team. Ricky Ponting, Jhonty Rhodes, Parthiv Patel, Shane Bond & Krunal Pandya spent their evening with the young talent Â giving themÂ valuable tips and sharing tricks of the game. The youngsters were then treated to a cricket master class, testing their new skills in bowling and batting against their heroesÂ todayÂ at the Islam Gymkhana, Marine Drive.
The players alsoÂ signed autographs and posed for pictures, while they also presented them withÂ mementos.
â€œI was completely awestruck when I saw the MI players on the field rather than on a television. Watching and playing cricket is my passion and sharing the nets with my idols is a dream come true.â€ saidÂ 12-year-oldÂ Vijay.
